I found a treadmill to be perfect for anyone trying to lose weight and don’t have time to go to the gym. This would be the answer, a treadmill. You can work at your own pace. The good thing about a treadmill is that it feels just like if you were running outside.

Some treadmills come with heart monitors you put on your chest and it keeps track of your heart rate. Also, most treadmills come with a training program. You will find more than a few kinds of work out plans. Choose the plan that fits you. I, I need some sort of plan when doing just about anything.

Even if you live in a small apartment like me you can find room for your treadmill. Mine folds up, so it doesn’t take a lot of space.

Does a treadmill really work?

What makes a treadmill work is you. Once you get one, you just need to get started on it. Set up a program that you will stick to. That’s just half of it, the other half is actually doing it.

The use of a treadmill can be a calorie burning, fat-scorching device. This machine can help you reach your loss weight goals. Depending on your weight you could burn as much as 157 calories walking at a 3.5-mph for 30 minutes.

Increase that a little each week you will be on your way to losing that belly fat. Once you get started you won’t want to stop.

Besides trying to lose weight, I found that the treadmill helps maintain your muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and joints.  Also, it will help strengthen your heart, and reducing your blood pressure.

The treadmill will aid in weight management by burning excess calories and keeping your metabolic rate up.


The price for a treadmill can range. You can get them for as cheap as $99.00 to over $1,000. Depending on how high tech you want it. If you are just starting out and you not sure if this will work out, I would recommend a cheaper one to start out. Later down the line, you can get a more expensive one that will have tons of features to it.

I give this treadmill review a 95 out of 100. The reason for this rating is because a treadmill can be more of a fun way to exercise. You don’t have to go out and sweat so much. Using a treadmill, you can rest when you want and get on it at any time.

My Final Verdict is a great one for using a treadmill. Using a treadmill is a less of a stressful exercise equipment. It’s fun to do and has other great benefits for your personal health.

I highly recommend getting a treadmill.
