The benefits of Paleo diet
Hello, welcome to Losing Weight With Pat. This is where you will learn why the Pleo Diet works.
Today, I want to discuss the benefits of Paleo diet. Why does it work? Why it’s a good, and I mean a very good diet to get on. You would have to give this diet at least 30 days to see real results. Trust me those will be the best 30 days of your life. Here are some of the points I’ll be trying to get across to you about the Paleo diet.
- weight loss
- Increase energy
- Healthy fat
The Paleo diet focuses on eating like the cavemen ate. In a sense. Eating natural plants and animals. The fact is you don’t really have to try and watch what you eat when you are on the Paleo diet.
The diet includes foods such as fish, eggs, turkey, bison, chicken, duck, assorted fruits and vegetables, nuts and olive oil. All these are rich in vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants. The main reason for the caveman example is that they didn’t eat all the boxes and bag foods that we eat today.
Everything is natural. None of the fake stuff you see in most food today. If you just follow the Paleo diet you really don’t have to worry about the calories you put in. So no more counting calories. None of that keeping track. As long as you follow the diet it will all work for you. Like I said above to give it 30 days and I promise you will see results.
If you look at my last post, I put a link to Paleo new cookbook, it has a 60-day money back guarantee. That’s why I say give it 30 days. Because that way you have nothing to lose.
After about 3 days of a week, you will feel your energy increase by being on the Paleo diet. The main reason for that is your not feeding your body all the garbage you use to.
Everything in the Paleo diet is natural, without all the fake stuff you feed your body. Even though sticking to the diet can increase your energy, eating more fruits and vegetables are really the contributor in that.
I want to give you a list of some of the healthy fats that are in the Paleo diet. They are safe and better for you then most common fats people use.
Coconut oil. Try cooking your food, like meat products maybe some vegetables in coconut oil. It’s a lot better than olive oil and other grease and oil products.
Grass-fed butter. grass-fed butter adds tremendous flavor to foods and it even adds good flavor to your coffee.
Duck fat. This is a good substitute for frying vegetables in and also sauteing onions or tomatoes.
My Final Words
I hope that I have made this clear to you. I’ll be discussing a lot about the Paleo diet because it works. That’s why I did a review on it. There are other ways of losing weight that is just as good. So stay tuned for more from Pat.
