What’s up? Are you trying to lose weight but can’t find the right diet? Are you like me, a skeptic about some of the diet programs out there?

Don’t fear. That’s my job. To help you find the right diet and to put you on that program. 

When I started gaining a little weight, I tried some of the craziest diets but none seem to work. There are a few that have a great reputation but don’t be fooled by the ones that don’t.

I will try my best to narrow down some of the greatest and reliable programs out there. Just stick with me and I’ll do what I can to help you.

Temptations are everywhere. This is why our country is getting fatter. We live in such a fast-paced world that we just don’t eat at home as much. We grab a bite to eat at a fast food restaurant. 

Another is Buffett’s. Let me tell you. Buffet’s everywhere. We need to stay away from these. Think about your future. If you are big and out of shape, you probably won’t have much of a future.

The temptation is the number 1 killer in the world. The kind of the world we live in, it is hard to keep yourself under control. You have to discipline yourself, take control of your body and the things you put into your body.

You can do it and I’m here to make sure you do it.

Diet plans are designed for losing weight. But not all can really help. Some are just hyped to get you to spend your money. Those are the ones that get under my skin. True, some do actually work. But the ones that don’t are giving a bad name to the ones that do work.

I’ll research some of the ones that do work and give them to you. Also, I’ll do some research on the ones that don’t work. those are the ones I’ll keep you away from. So please don’t worry.

My Final Words

Losing weight doesn’t have to be hard. Losing weight doesn’t have to be difficult. You shouldn’t have to worry about how you will do it. Sites like mine and there are a lot of others are here to help you accomplish this feat.

You can do it and I believe in you.

So, if you are looking for a diet that works. Then I’m going to steer you in the right direction. Just ask. I will do all the research for you. Read my posts. Not just diets, but other things to do to lose weight. Hey, that’s why I’m here.

It’s ironic that my last name is donut and my mother is seriously obsessed with donuts. she never has time to exercise cause she has two jobs in retail and fast food industry. I am worries she eats too much donuts a day. Literally every single day she goes to work she goes to Shipleys and gets about six donuts just for herself and she doesn’t really like sharing them. One time I asked for a bite and she barked at me (no joke I’m being serious) I feel like if I me it her don’t do something about it she is going to gain more weight than she wants to. Can you please give me some advice about what I should do about her food habits. Thank you very much Patrick.

    1. There are so much junk food out there, that it makes it hard. I always believe in encouragement. Give her the love and care she needs and try to encourage her, if not to stop eating donuts to at least slow down. Explain to her if she wants to live a long happy life, need to cut back on all that sugar. In some of my future posts, I be promoting receipts and some of those are junk food, but healthy junk food that taste just as sweet and will be better for her. Also if she don’t have time for exercise, and I know having 2 jobs can make it very hard. Try to set up a timeframe where she can at least walk for about 30 minutes. That’s why I always promote walking. It’s good for the stress and the heart. Walk with her that way it shows you really care about her health.   2. Hey! Thanks Patrick for your good advice my mom agreed to lower her donuts to 4 a day instead of 6. She said that she’ll try to start walkin more but only in the morning because she doesn’t want anyone to see her because she has a reputation in our neighborhood, believe it or not she’s known as donut lady. And she wants to keep her reputation. Well anyway thank you very much

    1. Shonda, believe me when start walking and seeing how good it feels, she will be proud of herself. Once she does that she might cut down to a few a week. Please if you don’t mind keep me posted on how she is doing. I use to go to shipley donuts all the time, but I totally cut down on that. I still go, but rarely.
