Exercises To Lose Weight
Hello, welcome to Losing Weight With Pat. Where my goal is to help you accomplish your weight loss goals.
This is to continue a series on how to lose weight in 2 weeks. I’m just going to get to the point and hopes that you will do some of these exercises and workouts to help you.
If you have not read my first post on losing weight in 2 weeks, maybe you should check it out. Next to doing these exercises will be the veggies you should eat and the fruits you should eat. Put yourself on this sort of diet. So I’ll just run down some of the helpful exercises you can do on a daily basis.
I’m with you and will help you lose 10 lbs or more in 2 weeks.
The exercises I’ll talk about will be:
Let’s start out with these three exercises. They are fun and very easy to do.
If you did not already know this, Swimming is one of the best exercises you can do. With Swimming, you can work out every part of your body. it’s a low-impact form of exercise. This alone can help you lose 10 lbs. You should have no problems at all.
Swimming at least 60 minutes 4 to 6 days a week can help you with weight loss. Besides losing weight Swimming, can reduce your risk of having a stroke, diabetes, and heart disease.
If you are on a well-balanced healthy diet and put that together with swimming, you should have no problems reaching the goal for weight loss. Don’t push yourself if you are new at swimming for weight loss. Start off slowly.
Maybe spend at least 30 minutes in the pool swimming laps. Swim for a minute at a time and rest for a minute. As time goes by, this will become easy. After a while, you will be able to swim more and spend about an hour in the pool.
Get to the point where you can swim at least 20 laps without stopping.
In no time, you should see results. You will be glad you started swimming. The last few year, I have not been swimming as much as I would like. I’m starting to get back into slowly and I’m enjoying it.
Cycling is another way of losing weight. You can lose and burn a lot of calories Cycling. You can actually reach your weight loss goals by Cycling. Plus Cycling is fun to do. If you don’t want to go out to ride, you can always purchase a Cycling machine and do it at home.
Like Swimming, Cycling will improve your health.
With Cycling, you don’t need any special training. It’s fun to do. You can wear headphones and listen to your favorite songs.
Depending on your weight and exertion level you can burn off between 75-670 extra calories. Just remember this, start off slowly. As time goes by increase how much you do.
You can get a Cycling bike at Amazon for $150.00 or less. You will be glad you did.
The last exercise I would like to tell you about is Running. I save this for last because I know a lot of people don’t like to run.
Running can work even after you’re at rest. Running stimulates more after burn than low-intensity exercise. I still prefer walking, but running will burn a lot more calories. Especially if you are trying to reach a certain weight goal in 2 weeks.
Just like any other exercise, start off slowly. Maybe about 20 to 30 minutes a day. You can go to your local school. A lot of times, you are allowed to use their track. This is what I do sometimes. I run the straight away and walk the corners. This is a good way to start. After a while, you can run 4 to 8 laps which are about 1 to 2 miles.
You can also buy a treadmill.
Treadmills can work just as good as running. You can visit your local gym or buy one and run on it from the comfort of your own home.
You can get a treadmill from Amazon and they are not that expensive. You will have fun, so try it. Again, you will be glad you did.
