I have always love to eat. So looking for good foods is not easy. There is so much junk food. that’s what makes it hard. Just follow me and I’ll make it easy for you.

Here are the 6 Superfoods you should be stocking up on:

Apples

They added 3 apples per day,  3 pears, and 3 oatmeal cookies. The group that ate apples lost a pound more than the oat group. A pound doesn’t sound like much. compared to rest of the foods on the last,  that pound quickly added up to a larger amount of weight loss.

Some people go on an apple diet. this diet is not perfect,  but it seems to go well when slimming down.  this is called the 3-day apple diet.

This is a 3-day diet that cleanses for body detox. It decreases your calorie intake while acting as a colon cleanse.  Just eat nothing but apples for 3 days.  So you can flush out your system while losing weight.

You can just keep it easy. Put it in a salad. You can steam it as a side dish or use it in a stir-fry.

Rich in vitamins A, C, and K, broccoli can help you lose weight. It’s low in calories and if you eat it in the morning for breakfast, you can start your day with a fuller meal. Just a cup of broccoli weighs 6 ounces and only have 54 calories.

So, start your day with broccoli. You will fill well too.

Here is the last superfood I will discuss. Who would believe that Kidney Beans could be a superfood? But, guess what? It is. Kidney beans or one of the beans that are the best for weight loss, along with black and white beans. Vegetarians consider Kidney beans as a hearty meat substitute.

Don’t worry about high cholesterol. Thanks to their iron, protein potassium, and magnesium content, you don’t have to worry about high cholesterol.

Kidney beans have a good source of protein. Protein is more filling than either carbohydrates or fat. Because of this, Kidney beans may help you eat fewer calories throughout the day, which will help you with weight loss.
