Quick And Easy Way To Lose Weight

Hello, welcome to Losing Weight With Pat. The place where you can get tips on the Quick and easy way to Lose Weight.

 Have you tried everything to lose weight? There is a whole bunch of different programs out there, but how many of those really work. If you are like me or at least how I use to be, nothing works. What I would like to do is recommend four basic ways that you can start.

This will be the starting point for you to get motivated, change your eating habits and start feeling good about yourself. When I started eating better and changing some of my eating habits, I started having more energy and feeling good every day. I know you want to feel good. Weight gain is a big downer. For one, it’s hard to get up in the morning when you are overweight. You just can’t get motivated.

The sad part is that the majority of the population and 1 in every 5 children are obese.  That’s a sad fact in the world. That’s why my aim is to try and help you overcome your weight problem, even if it’s just a little at a time. So for starters here is four quick and easy way to lose weight. 

01)Drink water

Try this, drink water. After breakfast drink water the rest of the day, or at least until your next meal. Water makes you full, so you’re not tempted to eat as much. I found this to really work. I use to never drink water that much. Use to be sodas and a lot of coffee.

I find water gives you energy. Sometimes when I’m home and feel all tired, I drink a bottle or glass of water and it does make me a little more motivated.

There are other benefits to drinking water, it makes your skin look younger. That’s all I do now is drink water, all day long. So remember folks water does a body good. Plus you don’t want to be dehydrated. Even in the winter, you can get dehydrated. Your body needs at least 8 glasses of water a day. Drink more if possible. Water can go a long way in your life and health. 

02)Don’t eat as much to go orders

 Now what I mean by this, is not to eat so much fast food. I know that burgers and fries are tasty and good. But you can do without. I work for a delivery service so fast food use to be second nature. I learn to start going without.

I take my lunch most days. For one, I can buy some good food to take with me and it only takes minutes to prepare. Prepare it the night before that way you will just have to gather it up in the morning.

If by chance you didn’t make it and so you have no choice but to stop in at McDonald’s or some other fast food restaurant,  buy a salad. Salads are tasty and you won’t have much weight gain. I use to despise salads, now I eat a lot more of them these days. You know there are more than 50,000 fast food restaurants. So I know the temptations are always there. But you will be happier eating a salad and your body will thank you for it. 

03)Eat fruits and vegetables

The next time you go shopping, I want you to just walk by the chips and cookie aisle and just keep on walking. Usually, when you go to most stores, the fruits and vegetables are close to the entrance. That way it should be the first thing you see. Stop, look around, I’m pretty sure there are a lot of fruits and vegetables that you will like.

During your afternoon snack eats some grapes or an apple. You can also eat some celery sticks. You will feel better and won’t have all that sugar and salt in your system. There are so many great fruits. You can eat an orange, mangoes are delicious. Kiwi is probably the best fruit. At least to me, they are. Pick up a pineapple or a cantaloupe, now those are juicy and good. 

04)Walk

Take a good long walk before bed. Walking will help you burn some of those extra calories. It might just be me, but I think walking is better than running and most other exercises. Plus walking can relieve some of the stress that you encounter during the day.

 If you are like me and live in an apartment, you can walk up and down stairs. That will get your heart beating right and get your legs strong. Either walking or walking up and down stairs, start slow.  After a while, you will start feeling better and you will be able to walk more or faster.
